1915 San Francisco's Panama-Pacific International Exposition Thirty page Booklet "Panama-Pacific International Exposition", "1915-San Francisco-1915", "Compliments of the Remington Typewriter Company" with information about the Panama Canal, from its inception to reality, maps, colored prints, and information concerning Balboa. The prints are captioned and information provided. The booklet opens so that the pages are actually 2 pages wide, so four pages may be viewed instead of only two. A forward regarding the exposition and publication of the booklet is included. The front and back covers both have a wood grain appearance; darker wood-like color and grain frames the outside, while a lighter shade fills the middle. The front cover shows a portrait of "Balboa" in his military gear. The back cover is decorated with the exposition emblem. There is a letter inside that states that the Remington is "Used exclusively for official business" with facsimile signatures of the President and Secretary. Size: 7 1/4" wide by 11" high. Condition: Fair. Tears in the cover. Paper missing from the top of the cover, going through all the pages culminating in almost 1" square portion missing in the back and a little discoloration. Letter is Excellent.
