1939-1940 New York World's Fair
Lithographed Sand Pail with "New York World's Fair" around the top and "19" and "39" on the sides of the Trylon and Perisphere. There are also 6 fair flags on poles. The colors are orange, blue and white. The inside of the pail is orange. The original handle is attached with rivets so it can swivel. Size: 5" tall (not including the handle, with handle is 7 1/4" tall) by 5 1/4" diameter at the top. Condition: Very Good. There is missing lithography around the bottom and on the outside of the seam. The rest is quite nice with a several light scratches. This is a rare souvenir.
