Bronze medal. Obverse: Pictures the Trylon and Perisphere with "1939 New York World's Fair" written above. Reverse: At Top is "Social Security". Center are 2 places for the information to be etched in and it is with "No. 550-18-8457" and "R. Voelker". At bottom is "as registered with U. S. Government". (now don't try to file for this man's benefits). Hole appears to be as made. Size: 1 3/16" diameter. Condition: Fine, wear and overall toning.
