1964 New York World's Fair
Menu from the "Top of the Fair" Restaurant located on the top floor of the Port Authority Building in the Transportation Section of the Fair. The cover pictures the building with colored flood lights in the sky and a helicopter hovering overhead. "1964-1965 New York World's Fair" is written at the bottom with a copyright statement. Inside is a separate paper menu offering everything from "Hors D'oeuvres", fish, grilled items, cold buffet, sandwiches, along with a full dinner menu. The "Executive Chef, Charles" oversees the kitchen. There is "Supper Dancing Friday and Saturday" too. The menu is held to the cover with a blue and light blue string with a tassel.
