Category: 1936 Great Lakes International Exposition (184 to 187)

Held in Cleveland Ohio to Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Cleveland.
Current Bid
 "Passport" to the "Admiralty Club", "Great Lakes Exposition at Cleveland", "June 27 to October 4 1936" along with the anchor logo of the club in the center. This passport was issued to "Earl L. Brokenshire" and contains 8 pages. Inside is a description of Earl, a check mark to include his wife, an Admiralty Club red sticker and "Charter Member" with the number "112". The cover is printed in blue on a silver background. Size: 3 7/16" wide by 6" high. Condition: Very Fine. Some age toning of pages and folds at some page corners. The back has spotting from where it was removed from a scrapbook.

 Ticket Booklet printed in full color and shows a scene from "Cleveland's Centennial Great Lakes Exhibition", "June 27 to October 4" in "1936" picturing an entranceway lined with eagles atop pedestals. Inside are 4 similar pages. 4 entrance stubs are missing. The tickets are numbered "A 181969". On the back is a map of the 5 Great Lakes with their names written in each lake and "Great Lakes Exposition" written above. Size: 6 1/4" wide by 2 1/4" high. Condition: Extremely Fine, 4 stubs are missing, 3 are cut out and one was torn out.

 Elongated Cent, "Great Lakes Exposition" and "Cleveland 1936" written above and below the picture of the "Subway". The back is blank. Size: 1 7/16" wide by 3/4" high. Condition: Extremely Fine, 2 letters in Subway are not fully formed.

 Brass Medal. Obverse: pictures the oval globe with compass logo in the center with "Great Lakes Exposition", "1936", "June 27", "to Oct. 4." above. Below is "Cleveland." Reverse: pictures a horse shoe, four leaf clover and wishbone with "Keep me for Good Luck" around the top. Size: 1 1/4" diameter. Condition: Excellent with slight surface wear.
