1964 New York World's Fair Large Spiral Bound Book, "New York World's Fair 1964-1965 Corporation Report to the Executive Committee of the Fair to the New York State World's Fair Commission Recommending a Plan for a Permanent Conservation Center as the New York State Exhibit at the Fair". Inside are 4 double pages showing: The conservation area (that will be to the north of the Amphitheater), The layout of the Fairgrounds during the fair, the park layout after the fair and a page showing 3 separate transportation maps. There are also 2 letters in this book. This book is a paste up, not printed, and therefore must have had a very limited production. Rare. Size: 17" square. Condition: Very Fine. There is a little damage to the spiral binding, the edges of the pasted pages are lifting (easy to fix if you want to) and the book is a little soiled and the paper is slightly toned.
