1939-1940 New York World's Fair
Menu from "Childs" Restaurant with a picture of the Glass Center building on the front. Inside is the menu with a stapled page of "Complete Dinners". Under "Today's Special Plates" is "For 15 cents Additional Your Choice of Any Dessert and Coffee, Tea or Milk". This is amusing since most of the desserts are 10 cents and all the drinks are 5 cents. The back cover has a write up "Childs previews the World's Fair" "Number Nine" with a write up of the Glass Center. Size: 7" wide by 10 1/8" high. Condition: Fine. There is a horizontal crease near the center and the write up on the back is obscured by reverse printed ink from the menu below when it was printed.
