1939-1940 New York World's Fair Menu "Star and Crescent Restaurant" in the "Turkish Pavilion" located at "Market St. near Rainbow Ave.", "New York World's Fair 1939" picturing the building on the cover and the Trylon and Perisphere. A "String Ensemble" accompanies the diners. Inside are two pages of the "A La Carte" menu and a separate full page listing the "Dinner" menu from "October 11, 1939". The back page tells about "Nasreddin Hodja" a 12th Century humorist and one of his stories. Size: 8" wide by 10 3/8" high. Condition: Very Fine. Stains on the back cover and light ones on the dinner insert along with a staple rust stain. Light soiling.
