Inside this 50 plus page booklet is a 6 page story "Another World's Fair Layout" with pictures and information about the model train layout at the 1939 New York World's Fair. Size: 6 7/8" wide by 10 1/8" high. Condition: Extremely Fine, there is wear to the spine.
