Expo 86 Pure Silver "Official Medallion" (as marked inside the box) in the original box. The medal is ".999 Fine Silver" (weight .55 troy oz.) and is encased in a plastic holder. Obverse: "86" in the center with "The 1986 World Exposition", "Vancouver Canada" around the edge. Reverse: pictures several buildings from the fair with "Expo 86" above. The box is a blue felt with "Expo 86 Vancouver" printed on the inside lid. Size: Medal with out plastic is 1 3/16" diameter. Box is 2 1/2" wide by 3 1/4" deep by 1 1/8" high. Condition: Medal is Mint. Box is Extremely Fine since the writing inside around the medal is a little worn.
