1876 Centennial Exposition
Season Admission Ticket issued to Thos. Shields. The cover has "International Exhibition Company", "Main Building", "Centennial Grounds". Inside is his picture and some instruction about using this pass. One page lists 4 months with their days with 4 punches in the September column. The ticket is numbered "1259". The back pictures the Main Building with "No Duplicate Issued." written above. The pass expires Dec 31, 1877, after the close of the Expo. Size: Closed 2 3/8" wide by 3 7/16" high. Condition: Extremely Fine. The hand written information on the front is faded and the paper is darkened. His photo is faded also.
