"Working Press Identification Card" issued for the "New York World's Fair 1939". This card entitles the holder to "all public ceremonies and to full press courtesies" including photography. It does not give admission to the fair itself. On the back are the rules and this is identification card number "3". The name etc. fields are blank. Rare. Size:3 15/16" wide by 2 5/8" high. Condition: Near Mint.
