1939-1940 New York World's Fair "Fountain Menu", "Children's World Restaurant" picturing a young girl on a horse blowing a horn with a hanging flag that pictures the Trylon and Perisphere. On each side of the horse are 2 rows of desserts on legs holding up a flag. Inside is the "soda Fountain and Luncheonette" menu with sandwiches from 15 to 50 cents with most costing 30 cents or less. Fountain drinks included delicacies like "Banana Frosted Milk Shake" for 20 cents along with a many other drinks, sundaes and desserts. Size: 6 1/8" wide by 8 1/2" high. Condition Extremely Fine. The edge and bottom are slightly browned and there is pencil writing inside to indicate changes in the menu.
