1933-34 Chicago World's Fair Booklet written in French titled "A Century of Progress" (Un Siecle de Progres), "Exposition Internationale de Chicago 1934", published on January 30, 1934 that contains the reasoning behind opening the fair again in 1934. The information inside, and written in French, includes "Decision to Reopen the Exposition", "Endorsements by Public Officials", "-By Exhibitors", "-By Concessionaires", by several others, the "Theme of Exposition", along with financial information and much more. The booklet is 14 pages. Unusual, I don't sell a lot of booklets in French. Size: 8 3/8" wide by 10 3/4" high. Condition: Extremely fine since the edges of the covers are a little bent (the pages inside are a little smaller than the covers causing this).
