1909 Hudson Fulton Celebration
Badge with a brass top bar, 3 colored ribbon and a pendant with a Silver Colored Medal inside a Brass Colored Wreath. The top bar has a die cut Clermont top with "Souvenir" written on the bar. Below is a ribbon in 3 colors: Yellow, White and Blue. The medal pictures raised images of Hudson on the left and Fulton on the right with part of their boats next to them. Above is "Hudson - Fulton Celebration". Below is "New York Sept. 25 - Oct. 2,1909". On the back of the medal is the Load's Prayer in tiny letters with a wreath around it. On the back of the brass part is "Schwaab S. & S. Co Milwaukee, Wis." Size: 1 5/8" wide by 3 7/8" high. Condition: Excellent, but the ribbon is probably faded.
